Nuestra historia
Being Humans nace de una experiencia que compartimos quienes lo fundamos — y casi cualquier persona que trabajó en una organización: ver a alguien brillante en su rol operativo ser ascendido a liderar un equipo, sin que nadie lo prepare para eso. Diseñar una estrategia, organizar un equipo, dar feedback, hablar en público: las habilidades que definen una carrera se dan por sabidas.
El resultado es estrés, desorganización y una pérdida enorme de potencial. Being Humans existe para trabajar sobre ese error de diseño inicial, con un enfoque integral y profundamente humano.

ser
El punto de partida es la identidad: quiénes somos cuando lideramos. Trabajamos propósito, autopercepción e inteligencia emocional. Un manager que se conoce y se cuida lidera distinto.
hacer
El trabajo de gestionar: diseño de estrategia, planificación, gestión por objetivos, construcción de equipos y de cultura organizacional. Nuestro approach de la gestión es regenerativo, colaborativo, y sistémico.
decir
Comunicar es la parte más visible del liderazgo — y la menos entrenada. Trabajamos cómo dar feedback, tener conversaciones difíciles, dar presentaciones en público, construir narrativas y tener presencia en medios digitales.
